The only thing that I was confused on what's the title search I was wondering why would I have to have a charge on atitle search on a refi that was my original title if I was the previous owner

PennyMac made our refi a fast and simple. The whole thing took under 2 months!
We worked with Yester for closing and Donald to set up the loan package. We were surprised at how responsive, friendly, and quick they were. We expected hurdles and red tape with a big company like Penny Mac. At the beginning of this process, we were hopi g to get our refi done to move to a smaller bank. I am so glad we stayed with Penny Mac and did the refi through these agents. It could not have been simpler, easier to understand, or better for our budget. My grandpa had the same exPerience.
Everything went very well. Process however was slow. Every week I was notified about this and the current situation with the process, which was very comforting to me. Job very well done!
The title company used for closing was not organized. Traveling notary failed to show up at the scheduled closing time twice on closing day. Ended completing paperwork at 9pm on the day of closing.
The process went much quicker than I expected. Although it was sometimes hard to get a hold of certain people on the phone for a question, a Pennymac representative always followed up the next day by contacting us directly. Thank you for the stress-free loan experience!
My experience with PennyMac has been a pleasure. This is the first time I've owned a home and I think PennyMac's associates for making it so smooth. I enjoy the services with PennyMac so much I even refinanced my home locking in a lower rate.
