I would like to thank Johnny Fleming for his prompt help in getting my son into his apartment. He called me back quickly and resolved the problem. There was no notice given that his key would not work after a certain date and Johnny assisted him in straightening it out.

You only hear the bad things about the deacon, but honestly I absolutely love living here. It is a little pricy but it's an amazing place. It's close to campus, has great parking, and has great amenities (if you decide to use them.) I absolutely love sitting on the balcony and hanging out, it's great vibes overall! Plus you get free stuff all the time!

Living here has been a great experience. It may be an expensive apartment but the conveniences, amenities and location make it worth it. This is my second year living here as renewal transfer. I love having a secure parking garage especially in an area with such hard to find parking as Cincinnati. The amenities are great, such as a pool, fitness rooms and many others. Once again I am on here to warn parents of any student considering living in The Deacon to quickly walk the other way. When my daughter lived in The Deacon from July 2023 to July 2024 we diligently paid her bill. When she moved out, we followed the steps they outlined. One month after she departed The Deacon sent us an invoice for $2700 claiming damages and lack of cleanliness that was absolutely not true whatsoever. I had my package stolen Twice.Student worker are poorly trained and clearly dont talk to management.This place is over priced.They currently have an open lawsuit.Please beware of this place.It gone down hill.Talk to actual residents before moving in they will sell you a dream just to get your money.They add random charges to your account so be ready to argue and always keep screenshots.They lie and don't care.Those 5 star reviews are fake paid people.Please listen to me RUN!!!!!

My son has started his second year here. The apartments and amenities are nice but there are problems and it takes too long to get anything resolved. I would have given it another star but then a parking issue arose. They told him he had parking via a letter was taped on his door. They oversold the parking garage without checking with their own residents first which is egregious, in my opinion. I know that most people will only write reviews when they have a negative experience. I typically don't write reviews at all because of the strain to a business it can cause. HOWEVER, the predatory practices of this place and company are appalling. Despite being pretty unresponsive while I lived there, they violated my lease conditions regarding my move-out charges and refused to work to resolve the issue. Horrible management company. Unit not cleaned for new tenant, broken shelving, promised parking but not enough spaces. Violated lease agreements by taking parking away from the residents and then not willing to discuss the problem. Lack of concern that their poor decision could jeopardize these students safety and emotional well-being.
