This property when I moved into in August 2020 was pretty good. The staff was amazing and responsive from leasing to the daily run of the front desk. NOW--- its under new management Yugo--- which is absolutely horrendous. There's dog poop everywhere. Its no longer pet pseudo friendly. the dog walking area is not easily accessible because they fenced off the entire parking garage except for one entryway and you cannot walk out of the car entrance -- not even using your car pass.... to the dog poop area just outside the garag... read more

I assumed since it's a great area and it's a nice place I assumed it was going to be great overall . I guess that is what happens when you expect things to go as planned but no The same month I moved in and paid for the parking garage my car WAS STOLEN!!! At night times its extremely loud and I have decoratiobe on my door that keeps getting taken . This place IS HORRIBLE some of the management team are nice some are rude . It's a nice place just NOT SAFE !!!

BE PREPARED FOR $200+ EXTRA EACH MONTH (per person) FOR ELECTRIC BILLS. Read everything and ask to see your room before you sign. When I signed my lease I was told I would be on the 10th floor and even have the conformation email to prove it, but on arrival for move in day our room number had magically changed, I didn't think anything of it until I saw my room. Absolute piss poor service. I tried to get an apartment here for school next fall took me over a month and 5 attempts to complete their application to not even know for sure if I ever completed it successfully. And now they won't negotiate a way for me to get out of this lease as I am transferring school. I've had numerous friends live here and all say the same about their overly expensive service and lack there of it. I lived here last year and it was the worst experience of my life, like to sleep? Too bad you get fire alarms? Roommate issues? Too bad nothing will be addressed. someone broke into our room and management didn't care at all, the amenities aren't worth shit and barely work. The rooms are like jail cells and if you want privacy you can forget it. If you want to pay top dollar for a jail cell go ahead. They make up complaints to force you to pay a fine. We know everyone who lives near us and none of them have ever heard us and have never made a complaint; yet, we have been fined $500 this semester for "noise complaints."

NOT COVID FRIENDLY. Not a single person wears a mask in the hallway or gym, making the gym unusable because there is often 5-10 people in a small room with no mask. They also claim they have special cleaning services but they have only come twice this whole year.
