Was extremely disappointed. Service was poor and the staff seemed confused and disoriented. Was greeted with “Your reservation is for only 90 minutes” upon giving them my name. Had multiple dishes brought to us that we didn’t order and continually had to tell them it wasn’t ours. Food was disappointing given the price point. Too loud. Money grab for Valentine’s Day, additional tables in aisles, resulting in getting bumped several times/minute. Staff was great, but clearly overwhelmed. Good entrea, but appetizer had clearly been waiting to get picked up, room temp. Not sure we’d go back…great location and decor, but there were too many issues on what should have been a romantic dinner.
I booked this a week before. My birthday is February 13th, I’m use to it being busy at restaurants due to Valentine’s Day. Terrible customer service, communication, and service! Thru couldn’t find my reservation and tried to tell me it was at 9:30. I showed them in the OpenTable app that my reservation was for 7:30. My waiter c add me took my drink order and disappeared for literally 45 minutes! I had to flag him down to order appetizers. Was good, just took awhile and was overcrowded because it was Valentine’s Day
Where do I start? I guess it was because of Valentine’s Day it was disgracefuly full! Waiters bumping into eachother! Very little room to walk and move! The FOOD? I’ve been to some of the best restaurants in sandiego and this restaurant gave us the smallest portions of food I’ve ever seen! My girl is 5’2 and she get full off of 2 bites of a burger!and in this restaurant omg I wish I took pictures! I looked like a kindergartner made my plate and gave ma a sample of the food! Haha over all I won’t be coming back!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but it smelled really bad. Not sure what it was but it definitely distracted us from the meal. Service was really slow despite not really being busy and the food was just ok. Really bummed because we had high expectations. You want it to be good, I love the concept and atmosphere. It was just a real miss for us
Confusing concept, was expecting more central American influence.
