The only good thing here is the vibe. Besides that the service was horrible. It took a long time for us to get our drinks. I ordered a 6oz wagyu medium rare and I had to send it back for them to cook it a bit more. It wasn’t tender at all and it wasn’t seasoned. We also got the tuna tartare and it had no flavor. If I could give zero stars I would. Tourist trap rude staff acting like you’re bothering them and good look getting what you ordered. We got con’d into a $240 sushi platter we didn’t ask for. Lots of smoke in mirrors.
It was my birthday and we didnt get service for over 30 minutes while we waited. Drinks were not refilled, medium rare steak was cooked well-done. I had to send it back, had to flag down a bus boy for water. Great ambiance, but the service was sub par. I dont plan on going back.
Came here for my birthday the ambiance is cute. But service was extremely slow. Drinks tasted like just juice. Felt rushed to put in our order yet was left waiting 45 minutes with our plates already cleared and no bill and our server not in sight. The sushi rolls were fine nothing crazy or to write about.
Been here a couple times but last night will probably be the last. The service wasn’t great at all. Everyone seemed annoyed to help. My filet was completely dry and burnt (I asked for medium well) but it was beyond well. One of our friends had bathroom issues after her dinner (she got the ahi I believe). For the prices - the food wasn’t worth it. Drinks were good though and the ambience is always fun
Horrible service this night. Got moved tables 3 times. Very unorganized night. They started to take long at the end of the night to bring over drinks saying the bar was backed up on orders. Then twice they brought double of the same order and charged us double on our check. Just to take it off, marked it as a “discount.” Then they fool you and calculate the tip percentage to be based off the full check including their added mistakes not the real order. Had bad service, the workers were talking to each other than doing their job. Was waiting for 20 mins after we finished our food to receive a birthday surprise from them and another 15 after that to get our check. It was not busy at all, it was pretty quiet in there for how slow the service was
We were very excited to come here but I was pretty disappointed by both the food and the service.
