I really really loved the service and the food. The restaurant was pretty but very crowded and overwhelmingly packed. The tables were so close together I could hear the people next to me chew and their whole conversation. Not a place to have an intimate conversation at. Unless you get the booth in the back but definitely it’s for more than 2 people. Would I go back? I don’t think so but overall if you don’t mind basically having dinner with strangers side by side of you, go for it. Again good very good and service.
The female bartender was unbelievably rude. The table for 6 was way too small it was very uncomfortable. The food was ok, but our sushi was very good.I was hoping it was going to be a good experience because we took our friends from out of town, but unfortunately it was not the best experience.
Confusing happy hour as not advertised well, apparently was only outside or the bar which was not indicated on their street sign. Our waiter was kind to let us order at a table though. Food below average ok sushi but oysters were full of shell and sand and tasted like old seawater.
The menu is mediocre. I ordered a sushi roll which was just ok but it don’t come out first as an appetizer but with all the mains which wasn’t timely. Then my burger that I asked for medium rare more rare came fully cooked and dry. I asked the waiter for ketchup and never got it. Small simple service failures coupled with poorly cooked flavorless food left me disappointed. Also I order bison but the burger didn’t taste like bison. I would have liked to see better execution for the price.
We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing due to service. Once seated, our server seemed very disengaged. It took about 20 minutes just to get water, and we had to remind him multiple times to bring our drinks, get the food, and eventually bring the check. The food was fine and the drinks were just okay, but the service significantly overshadowed the meal. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the money spent, and based on this visit, it’s unlikely we’d return.
I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I booked a reservation for NYE through open table and wanted to modify the reservation. The app indicated I had to call the restaurant to do so, they would not respond to multiple outreach attempts through calls, Instagram, open table messenger, or even email. To cancel the reservation there was a $40 pp charge so we ended up having to go. I spoke with the manager/owner of the restaurant who was extremely rude and tried to type in the number I was... read more
Overpriced food. Paper thin sliced, a tiny amount of seafood carpaccio. Mediocre dessert.
This was an awful experience unfortunately. The ambiance was awesome but the food, service and price was horrible. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in years.
We expected this to be a cool kind of chill Latin Tulum party vibe, but was much more a loud Instagram scene with most of the clients videoing nonstop. It’s a cool environment if you’re looking for allowed birthday party experience, but it lacks the chillout lounge experience that we were hoping for. It was Saturday night, but if you’re looking for a sexy Bohemian lounge restaurant, this is not it.
