Food mediocre, and pricey. Drinks subpar, wine list below expectations
This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The music was so loud that my partner and I couldn’t hear each other - and we were sitting outside. And I get loud - my kid was in a death core metal band. It’s just not what one expects when trying to eat dinner. The food was okay.
Awful service. Our waitress acted like we were an inconvenience Average food. Nothing special. Not bad but nothing to note. Vibe is pretty. Drinks were good. It smelled so bad of cleaning solution however that it was distracting.
Booked this place for a 40th birthday. The atmosphere is what sold me. Sadly I wish I was writing a better review, however the service wasn’t the best, the added charges are obnoxious …. $3 charge for “rocks” aka ICE.. $3 charge for “lemon drop” in a Hennessy lemon drop… To start 2 of us got there before the rest of the group. terrible service. all waiters were so rude and disrespectful. Latin america restaurant and all these european as waiters mad rude. will not go again!
This is the first review I’ve ever written. I would just like to inform everyone how terrible it was. Was there with my girlfriend on valentine’s day. Had to basically step over another table to get to our table. Had maybe 6 inches between us and the table next to us. Our server came to our table 1 time the entire night (30 minutes after we had been seated) to take our order and pour water. We wanted to share some feedback about our experience this past Thursday night. We had a 9:30 PM reservation and arrived on time, but were initially told the kitchen was closing and that you couldn’t take us. After a few minutes of back and forth, we were told that if we ordered right away, it would be fine. Sushi was OK, oysters had no flavor, burger undercooked but they offered to take it back for another but at that point hubby wasn’t interested in eating more. They took it off the bill and comped us a dessert that was pretty tasty (lava cake). Guava sour was pretty good.
Server barely served us. More attention to the other table and only one drink and never once asked how the food was. Lol. Different I guess
