RecommendedThis is the 6th year I've used Zerorez to clean my entire house after the holidays. Excellent job getting traffic patterns and red wine stains out! Terry was AWESOME and didn't try to sell me any add ons, just provided some educational points and things to consider in the future. I think it took me longer to get ready for his visit than it did to have him clean all the rooms. It was nice to work with someone experienced and liked his job!
This is the second time we've used Zerorez and, as before, the experience was great! Andy did a good job of explaining what he was going to to, and then went about his business very professionally. I love that they have protectors so that the outside corners in the house don't get damaged by the equipment! I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned!
Everyone I dealt with was very polite. The day they came out it looked good until it dried. When my review came in mediocre they got a hold of me and asked what they could do. Another person came out and made it right. It looks like the carpet is new!
Annual cleaning...carpets look awesome! I am always amazed at how dirty they were!
the guys arrived when they said they would, did a thorough inspection before starting and made recommendations. After wards did a walk through, the carpets look and smell great. I would recommend to anyone and definately use them again
Zerorez came out and cleaned our ducts this last weekend. Jon was super nice and even put up with my 2.5 yr old bugging him. Our house smells fresh and clean. Thank you Zerorez!!!
These folks were recommended by Standard Heating and came out yesterday to clean our ducts which hadn't been cleaned for years. Jon was extremely patient working around our furniture and tight spaces in our 114 year old house, going the extra mile to help move things around, put them back in place and to repair some leaks in the ducts. This is the second time I've used them and they're great! They are the only ones to get my white carpet clean. They are efficient and professional. I will continue to use them.
