We had our carpets cleaned for the first time with an outside source for the first time on Dec. 6. We have always cleaned them with our steam cleaner, but what a difference with Zerorez. Our carpet almost looked new again (carpet is 16 yrs. old). We would definitly have them do it again and will tell family and friends. The fellow that did it was very nice and explained to us the process. You will not be disappointed!
Super impressed with our service from Zerorez - easy scheduling process, great follow up reminder calls, very professional, friendly, passionate and courteous technician (Derek from England!). We hadn't initially planned on getting our grout cleaned, but Derek was able to fit that in, too. Our 10 yr old carpet and grout look brand new! Would totally recommend Zerorez to anyone!

We had out air ducts cleaned last night. The gentlemen were very accommodating, courteous and did a great job. One of our air vent covers was not installed very well, and they were wonderful in finding a solution so the cover could be put back on properly after cleaning.
1st time using Zerorez and was incredibly impressed. Customer service throughout the experience was top notch and the technician Matt was the best of all. Give that guy a raise he deserves it!!!!
