RecommendedI am pleasantly surprised at the improvement of my carpet cleaning and odor removal. The smell from my dog's accidents was horrible, but now I smell nothing. Not even fake smells that most cleaners leave behind. It was expensive, but worth it!
We used Zeroez for the first time yesterday and it was awesome. I'm not the type to typically write reviews but this one warranted sharing. I was impressed from the first call. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Sean was our technician and he was such a nice guy, explaining every step of the process and offering suggestions and tips for future cleanings. Had my office carpet cleaned yesterday and Thomas did a wonderful job!! I've had it cleaned in the past by several different companies and was very disappointed each time. Was ready to give up and go through the nightmare of replacing the carpet (desks are heavy and where do you move them to get them out of the way??) but tried Zerorez at the recommendation of one of my employees. Now I don't have to replace the carpet !!! Very Happy!!
