RecommendedDennis Handt did it again!!!! I am a property manager and the carpet in one of my rentals was filthy with oil, dirt, ink and all sorts of stains. This was our first time using Zerorez and we will be using them again! Steve did a wonderful and very thorough job! He was both professional and friendly. Our carpets are at least 20 years old - - wear and tear has long since taken place. We were just looking to get them clean for a baby to crawl on ... but, WOW!, they turned out way more awesome than we had even hoped! Thank you, Steve, and thank you, Zerorez!
I've had Zerorez come out before and have been happy. This past weekend I had probably one of the best employees from Zerorez that made my experience even better. His name is Courtland, and was very good at his job. He was very professional and very caring with my dog. During the carpet clean he wanted to show me the before and after, he was very passionate with his work. I know that after my experience with Courtland he changed my view from better to great!
Owen did a great job cleaning the carpets in our house yesterday. We had lots of dirt in our white carpeting and I am so impressed with how clean it got, it looks almost like new. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
I had Terry out to clean my carpets yesterday and they are like they are brand new. Such a good feeling before I close up the house for the winter. Fabulous job. Would definitely use them again.
