Zerorez damage my tile 6 weeks ago. They filed a claim with their insurance carrier. The claim was denied. Turns out that they do not carry insurance to damages that they cause to your home.
Price was higher than advertised on the web site. Stains did not come out.
Too expensive what is tall one price charged different
While I’ve had good experiences in the past, I tried to schedule a cleaning today after receiving an email from Zerorez regarding their President’s Day Flash Sale (3 rooms of carpet cleaned for $129 plus a carpeted hallway for free). I have only two rooms and a staircase, and the scheduler absolutely would not budge from a quoted price of $179. For that difference, I can look elsewhere.
Not this time. Usually I’m happy to pay extra for a deep clean. This time, I felt it was subpar.
RecommendedSaved by Zerorez! I think they are the ghost busters of dirty carpet & furniture 👀. I was ready to replace the stair & hall carpet & they rescued me. Also, my couch was embarrassing & they totally brought it back to life ❤️. Best money spent this year$!
I’m sorry to say, but I had a very poor experience. I set up an appointment which was pretty easy. The technicians came over and were friendly. After that, it went all downhill. They told me I needed to call and reschedule because they didn’t have the right equipment to reach my furnace. So I scheduled and set aside another chunk of my families time the following day. We scheduled services for 8-11 am. We got a text the day before our scheduled services saying they will now be there between 3-6 pm. We had to rearrange our entire day for this but made it work. On the day of the services, we got a text at 4:15 pm saying they will be arriving at 5:45-6 pm. 6 pm came around and no one showed and no none answered our calls. It’s now 6:43 and we still haven’t heard anything. We wasted an entire day for nothing. Not to mention that I’m 5.5 months pregnant and moved all of the furniture to prepar... read more
