Crazy prices, they want 200-500$ for a 10x10 rug! Not to mention no prices anywhere on the site so you have no idea when you call if they are scamming you with daily price changes.

I tried to get my carpets cleaned after hours or on a weekend. No later appoints (after 5) and a 6 hour window? Does not work for me:). There are a lot of other companies who will work with me!

Our town home had a renter and it was horrible dirty and have never been cleaned. I have used Zeroez at my home in Eagan several times and I loved them. They do a great job and I love that there is no soap scum left on the carpet. My technicians are ALWAYS nice and I recommend your company to anyone I know who needs their carpet cleaned.

Great service, and a job well done (again)...although pricing seems to have gone a bit on the extreme side... Again, service was great, cleaning is well done... timely and effective. But, if the cost continues to rise, I will have to stop... Thanks - hope to see you again soon!
