Heard about them on the radio and decided to give them a call for carpet shampoo for the entire house before we moved in. RecommendedMy. Carpet. Was. Awful. The pup had a rough few months since the holidays and was sick a couple of times...on the carpet, of course! There were stains in every carpeted room on the main level- even in the guest room! I called Zerorez last minute and they were able to sneak me in. The better surprise came when they called the day of and asked if I would like my appointment earlier since another had been cancelled..absolutely! My carpets went from dull beige to a bright cream in about an hour- and only a few stains remained ... read more

A 30 year old wool carpet was cleaned on Saturday (11-15). Many doggy stains and ground in dirt near doorways were removed by the conscientious technician. Our house smells good, too!
I keep getting emails to review our cleaning experience, but our cleaning never happened! I made a last minute appt for June 26th (day of) and was able to get a 1-3 time slot. When cleaners got here I was told they couldn't clean our carpets because our driveway is asphalt and they were worried the truck would sink because it was so hot out. When the appt was made we knew the weather forecast, but the scheduler never asked what type of driveway we had or indicated that if we had a non-cement driveway that cleaning could b... read more
