Had a bad experience today... they left without doing scheduled cleaning and said the spots would not come out and could replace the carpet... found someone else to take care of us.. too bad for them... the last time they were here was good..

3X the price of other companies. The water is actually toxic... the advertise how safe it is. They have to dispose of it as hazardous waste

Super friendly and did quick work but WAY overpriced. I️ was fine with the service and outcome but will shop around next time.

It's great that they are chemical-free and all, and use an empowered water system to clean, but if you are not chemical sensitive, and on a tight budget, be aware they are pricey. While I was at work, the significant other decided to bring in as lost dog until he could find the owner. Sweet puppy, but excitable, and had accident on basement carpet. Laughed and told him he gets to go rent a carpet shampooer and clean it. Found out he called zerorez because he hears them on the radio, and I almost drove off the road listenin... read more

Have been trying to speak to someone to schedule a cleaning with zerorez for two days. I held for 17 minutes (first time) at which time they said they would call me back. It's two days later.....still no call back. Not sure what is going on as I've always had good luck with them in the past. Looks like it is time to find a new carpet cleaner

Very disappointed, I keep hearing commercials on the radio for this great sale they are having, $119 for three rooms. I have a small home with very little carpeting. Only problem is they have a minimum service fee of $300 if you are outside of a 40 mile ring from their location. I provided my zip code and was told I am 48 miles, I checked good maps, I am 41 miles. No way am I paying $300 for the extra one mile.

Their customer service was horrible. I also found their pricing complicated and overpriced. No discount for the house being empty. Closets were priced additionally from the room even though they are small but still "walk in". Water disposal fee added on when this should be figured into pricing. Overall, not comfortable with them and the guy I spoke with was terrible on answering questions. Also, I requested an estimate on their website around May 1st. They finally called me on May 19th!

Crazy prices, they want 200-500$ for a 10x10 rug! Not to mention no prices anywhere on the site so you have no idea when you call if they are scamming you with daily price changes.
