I can see the difference the cleaning made. Also like the fact that the dirty water goes right out to their van.

My husband scheduled duct cleaning for our home which we had done on a Wednesday and everything for the most part was fine. It took him about an hour and he honored a coupon I had found online. After he left, I felt $380 before the coupon was very steep for only an hours worth of work. I called a family member who gave me a number of a local Blaine business and they quoted almost half that for the same amount of time. So that was a little disappointing. The tech was awesome, very knowledgeable but alot of our stains looked like they were removed at first but later they look like they are still there and just spread out and we spent an extra $60 to improve the carpet cleaning. Would like to have your tech try to get the stains out again.
We had an appointment for carpet cleaning. Moved all our furniture outside on our deck and no one showed up for the appointment. About an hour afterwards when it started raining on our furniture, my husband called and they said we had an outstanding bill, so no one was going to come. That is fine, but they should have at least let us know before we moved all our furniture. My husband went into the office the next day and he was treated like a customer should be treated. We will never use them again.
