I'm my opinion, this is one of the worst cleaners I have had. It is constantly getting clogged and two of the hoses have already cracked. I have to take it apart every couple days to clean out the debris that is getting clogged around the propeller.

Terrible, this is my second one, and always stop going around the pool. My pool pump is one of the best in market with high, medium, low velocity and the cleaner don't work well with it, only the 3 first moths. I went to the store for repair it but noting. Never buy again, lost of money. I am going for other brand.

I have only had this vacuum for less than 6 months and hoses are already breaking and vac doesn’t climb all the way up to top of water on the pool edges! Customer service doesn’t respond to my emails….very disappointed.
Had to return the cleaner and get a different technology. Our pool has a pebble tech finish and the "pebbles" were being picked up by the cleaner. Since MX6 engine is in line with the debris suction the engine would work for about 5 minutes and then get clogged and freeze. Leslies did an exchange for a suction cleaner that doesn't have an engine which works fine since there are no moving parts.

The unit itself works very well. We have had the MX6 Elite for approximately 14 months. The problem we have incurred is three of the hoses have cracked and pulled apart. Of course, there is only a one year warranty on them. I am very disappointed in this as our previous pool cleaner hoses are still in good condition and they are approximately four years old. Installed on new pool with 1 hp pump. The unit barely moves and will not climb walls. The rpm is as high as it will go. Horrible customer support and retailer (pinch a penny) does not stand behind the product. Avoid this product at any cost or sale price!

Wish I could get my money back! Stays stuck and tangles and doesn’t pick up! Wish I’d never bought it!

The machine itself is great. Customer service sucks and they LIE to you about the rebates! It took over 6 months and NUMEROUS calls to get my rebate and even then, they shorted me $25. I let them get away with it because it just wasn't worth the hassle but I vowed that I would give them a poor rating (customer service wise) whenever and wherever I could. Stay on top of them to get any rebates you are owed!

The rubber goes off every three months. Sick and tired of replacing them that cost me $40 to replace. 120 every year... That is not what went for zodiac cleaner for!
