Do not buy. Bad design. This worked great for three weeks but after that it will work for about one minute and then it stops. I have taken it apart and cleaned it multiple times. Just a bad design. Do not buy!
Didn’t suction. And won’t refund money any day over the 30 day window. Product has no suction. We hooked it up 3 times and tried it. Bought it in mid March thinking our pool would be open beginning or April and it wasn’t opened until April 29, now I’m outside the 30 day return window and the seller won’t honor the return even though there was no way for me to test it until end of April. Seller refuses to accept lemon unit Maybe I got a bum unit or maybe this is just garbage. I bought this prior to the season trying to plan ahead for spring pool opening- it arrived on March 3. It sat in a box for just over a month in my garage until I got the pool uncovered and attempted to use it- that was April 16. That’s when the problems started. Not a great experience. Pump ran dry. Lots of great reviews for this thing. Mine won’t be one of them. I had high hopes for this but this device fell very short of expectations. My pump housing ran dry because of this thing sucking in air when it climbed the walls and I had to have it replaced. Poor customer relations This was missing a few pieces but the seller refused help because I passed the 30 day return window apparently. I couldn't get a pool guy here until last week to drain my pool (everybody seems behind because of covid-19) and install the new creepy crawler so yeah it was after 30 days. Don’t waste your money Does not clean well, after 3 times it started falling apart.
Not that great Used it for the first time today. Not impressed. DOES not go up sides as stated in description. One of the reasons I bought it! Also, would just stop and sit for a while then would start again. Had it in the pool for hours and many spots left dirty. Directions sent with it were useless. Although it wasn’t difficult to assemble.
I do not recommend It would get clogged by the smallest piece of debris.
DO NOT BUY!! worked fine for the first week. After that it started to ride back on its rear wheels and not flat on the surface. Obviously it is not going to do me any good to have this vacuum riding around with the suction end pointed forward and not flat on the surface like it's supposed to. Tried everything I could think of from moving the float closer and further from the vacuum to adding more sections of hose. Nothing worked.
