Never worked ! We need to return this item and get another one . We kept it in the box until we could use our pool and it’s not working ! It never did ! I know it’s passed the due date but we just opened it . Can we send back abs get another one .
It just works - great buy Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Don’t hesitate the thing works great. Have it for 3 weeks and it’s been a time saver. Cleans the floor within 2-3 hours. I shut the floor drain and leave both skimmers on, I have a 20x40 in ground vinyl liner pool. This thing paired with the zodiac cyclonic leaf canister and some skillet socks cuts my pool maintenance time to 15 minutes every other day.
2 year experience review Package is great, new hoses, comes complete ready to install. Installation is a breeze. MX6 tends to work out of the box, then not so much. After about 3 months my MX6 would get stuck at the steps - just sit there with spinning wheels and never turn. Zodiac sent me left turn kit, which I installed and a month later, same thing. So long story short, my MX6 gets stuck at the steps of my pool and does not clean anywhere else. Very disappointing. Trying a Barracuda next.
Not a good choice for larger pools. Often gets stuck on the transition from the deep end slope to the flat shallow area. Spent most of its time in the deep end and never really cleaned the shallow area because it always got stuck. Because it is only driven on one side, if the drive side hangs over the transition point from deep to shallow, it can't move.
Did not climb pool wall, fell each time Waiting on a refund!
Poor design. Hoses uncouple Poor suction . Tried different pump suction settings. Very little speed change between low and high suction. Stops too often needing push to restart. Inadequate hose coupling locking. Purchased all recommend accessories. Will need to return and get a better quality product with onboard power and filtering.

Not worth it :( Not the best- often stops working for no reason at all. Nothing is stuck and the suction is good but it just does not want to move. It also gets stuck as it trying to start going up the wall. It never actually goes up.
Doesn’t work very well I’ve had this product about a year now and it’s time to review. When the product is actually working it does a good job, however it doesn’t always want to run. I’ve fought to try and get this vacuum working and it’s taken more time to do that than to just vacuum the pool the old school way.
