Don't buy this never worked, right outta box brand new didnt work.
Rocks I bought this pool cleaner after meticulous research and I am very disappointed with it LACK off cleaning the pool. Everyday I have to take apart the entire thing to get rocks out of it. It is a VERY expense pool cleaner to have to daily maintain. I would expect for the amount off money I spent for it to not have to work so hard on my part.
Completely useless with tree debris Apparently, whoever invented this has never seen a palm tree. It ran 8 feet hit a palm frond and stopped working. We dug the debris out and tried again. It ran 4 feet and stopped. If there are no trees anywhere near your pool, this might be for you. Otherwise, buy something else.
Broken in less than a year It is already discolored from UV after only 9 months and the plastic is cracking. Small leaves clog this and it seems I am having to fix it daily. This is the worse cleaner I have purchased in 20 years of owning my pool. I am not sure why people gave his high reviews but it is not worth the money and should get zero stars.
Suction power It's not what I expected for what I paid for
This is the worst pool cleaner we have ever had When I put it into the pool and immediately goes to the nearest wall and tries to climb. With in a few minutes it is lying on its back with the spinning disc spinning in the water. It is no longer moving around the pool bottom. No matter how many times I take it out and realign to move across the bottom it again tries to go up a side and ends up on its back once again. Do not buy this product!!!!!
Perfect if... Perfect if you live where no wind blows seed pods, leaves or small pieces of palm fronds into your pool and definitely don't get small rocks in the bottom of the pool. Every one of these stops this cleaner dead in the water. Does a wonderful job on just dust. At this time of year here in Vegas mine has spent more hours sitting motionless than it has minutes working due to minor blockages.
Don't Purchase this Pool Vacuum I purchased this unit to try something other than my old Hayward unit. I am however totally dissatisfied with the design and function of this unit. I have palm trees in my back yard which produce very small thin shreds from the palm leaves. It just takes one small shred to tangle in the unit and demobilize it from working. Clogs easily Our pool got kind of nasty after we had to shut down the pumps for a few weeks. We bought this vacuum hoping to help clean it up. It seems OK if you dont have really anything sizeable for it to vacuum up but it constantly clogs. Leaves, forget it. Mulch, no way. If you have sand or dirt, maybe. Depending on what you need it for, it may be right for you.
