Difficult to set up Hard to setup. Haven’t been able to use more than once
BEWARE!! Product broke in first week and no resolve by seller. Terrible product. The tracking belt continues to jam since the day I purchased it. It looked good and great advertising but poor design. Be aware. This product is not recommended for use if unattended.
Buy A Different Brand You have to watch this thing like a hawk. Too often it climbs to the surface and stays there, sucking air into the whole system! I’m not at all confident leaving it to do its job when I’m not around.
Would not purchase again based on person preference. This unit is simple to assemble and put into operation. It does require the suction pressure be within a specified range. The interlocking hose sections do not permit use of a non zodiac leaf canister except with hose adapters which resulted in my having to purchase a zodiac model which does not filter as finely as my old Hayward canister with a mesh filter. Also, coverage around steps has been poor.
Dissatisfied Would not travel around right , stuck to one area no matter what I did
Difficult to issue Difficult to use as is, in exemple you need to purge of any air bubble in the succion line. Not thr most efficient, but a good tool to suck in algee or debris that traditional polaris would not catch.
Mostly useless Gosh where to start. It gets stuck on any uneven surface. I would rate it mostly useless. Tried adjusting the pressure on the pump - no difference. So once the pump starts running this cleaner gets stuck in the first 5-10 minutes (stairs, edges, etc). It’s honestly useless. Also several hose connections ripped within a year. And replacements are stupid expensive. I had to get another brand with an adapter to convert between the two.
Used item that was returned I bought this item thinking that I was getting a good deal. It was an easy item to put together within minutes and it wasn’t compatible with my pool. But once I got the item sunk into the water I did exactly what it said to do and guess what it didn’t move and I didn’t suck anything up. Lasted 1 year and a few days and stopped swimming The unit did pretty good in a simple pool setup for 1 year. Right after the warranty expired it literally died. Its the internal parts that failed and I did have asurion warranty. They sent me a shipping label so apparently they want to try to repair it. Their website stated it was still under manufacturer warranty and to call them.
