Initial phone contact was very user friendly. When the unit came the manual was overwhelming at first but by rereading it the next day, made it easier to try using. When an associate followed up two days later, answered all my question and walked me through the setting which I was not understanding correct usage until after his instructions. Now, it’s easy to use and works great!
