Every person I dealt with was great and the equipment was good too. A word of caution about the company—read all the fine print! I made the mistake of making assumptions and got hit with a balance I was under the impression wouldn’t be there.

When I called I got directly to a live person and did not have to go through a phone tree. She was very helpful and was able to answer my questions and take care of the issue I called about. Very rare to have such a good customer service.
