The TENS unit is helping me still on an every day basis. And I continue to receive timely replacement pads and batteries. I would say, however, that I rarely use the batteries as they only last two treatments and so therefore only one or two days. Not very good performance in my opinion. I hook up directly to a power source which does limit my location of treatment and restricts movement while using the unit. But it helps tremendously so I will continue to use it

Phil, the person I spoke to on the phone was really kind and friendly and I felt like everything was explained very clearly. The device arrived two days after the phone call and came with everything I needed. The instructions were clear enough for me to get started on my own, but I also got a follow-up call in case I had more questions. Excellent experience!
