Zynex staff have been very helpful and understanding for my issues. My Medicare denied the charge for Zynex and I’m not able to pay on my own. Due to my type of surgery which is the bone and utilizing the tool did not make the pain any better. I used it for a very short time & the bag has been sitting on the shelf. Staff at Zynex have okayed the return and have been very helpful. Thank you Zynex!Â
