I think that the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone did a very excellent job asked all the right questions was very concerned about my conditions was very informative was very courteous and kind and very good manners a great attitude I was very kind and letting me know that the things that I need it for my condition would be getting to me as Fasley and quickly as possible
