Quick response was great. Phillip was helpful by letting me know that it may take a few days to get my device and will contact my provider to fix the prescription. In the meantime, he took the information he needed from me and went through all of the verbal agreements to save some time for the next call.

Every appointment I’ve had with this office has been beyond excellent. From the customer service to the treatment, everything is done with caution and care. The atmosphere is positive and all medical officials that I have encountered there has provided me with nothing but courteous assistance.

Katy Shook was at ATI where I do my physical therapy.. Katy was very professional and answered all my questions about the NexWave. After using the NexWave system, the paperwork was started to get your product. On the Colorado side, I received a call that day to complete and sign additional paperwork.
