Very helpful troubleshooting my NexWave . Hope it works better after I get new wires , pads and newer batteries . It’s a good product for pain in the past — will try it again. Thanks girls for your help and having a pleasant attitude while doing so .

I have not yet received my Zynex Medical Unit, but am so looking forward to it. I have received A+ 100% service on every detail of the unit and how it runs, billing process, free monthly electrode and battery deliveries, and explanations of how it helps extremely well w pain. My pain dr. ordered it for me, to eliminate repeated shots for pain. He stated his patients who have it love the way it takes away the pain.
