Came to our home, was professional and knowledgeable. Called a couple days later needing an adjustment on prosthetic. Mr. Jeffrey Smith was back with a solution very quickly that is working well. Very pleased.

I’ve only used it at my therapy but I really like the work it does on my hand. Can’t wait to get mine at home so I can use it everyday.

The precess was a little difficult at first, but once I got the hang of it it didn’t take long. The results were so good. A lot less pain.

I didn’t start it until 1/14/58. I think it’s working along with medication. I’m surprised by the results thus far. I will continue treatment to get the best benefit. I continue to have stress/ urge but it has improved. I don’t get up from sleep as often and that’s important since I don’t sleep well. I do believe the charge for batteries and how many you send automatically is unnecessary. If I would have gotten my bill sooner I would have discontinued them immediately. They are a cheap brand and you charge way too much! I... read more

I am very grateful and appreciative to the Zynex Medical Company who puts the consumer's needs 1st. even when it is at a loss to them. They made it possible for someone like me to be able to alleviate some of my pain with the wonderful JetSteam which I use on a daily basis to get through my painful and aching days.
