The unit itself was great and I received it very quickly, which was helpful for my treatment plan. The catch is there is not clear communication in regards to what the patients monetary responsibility will be. There is a monthly cost for the unit itself (which I was aware of) and for the accessories needed(not initially aware of this). They sent me the max amount of monthly supplies without telling me and these are non-returnable and non-refundable. My claim was handled very quickly. I spoke to someone the same same day the request was made. They followed up with me right away to get my order sent to me as quickly as possible. Person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. All in all a positive experience.
