Dealing with Zynex corp is a nightmare. I have insurance which covers some of the charges but they do not explain all of the charges you will receive, you aren't buying the device, its a monthly rental, they automatically send you supplies whether you need them or not. The kicker is the cost the machine they sent, retail price around $1,200. I have a device I bought on Amazon that works better for 1/30 th of the price.
