Absolutely the worst company to ever try to get attendance unit from. It has taken months. They told me on the phone that they contacted my insurance for authorization. And that my insurance requested medical records to go forward. This all after first the phone number was incorrect for the fax second the paperwork is incorrect. Third, my doctor didn’t put a signature by the date, which is not shown on the paperwork. It didn’t ask for a signature there and we had to rewrite that three different times for them to be satisfied... read more
