Horrible company overcharging for supplies. Explained I only wanted it if ins pd of course they didn't tell me never got a bill until I wanted to discontinue my subscription. She says let's just adjust so it won't interfere with ins. I asked will Ins not pick it back up when I need more she scrambled them explained they denied all claims. Now sending me a bill. Shady company.
What a horrible experience I had with Zynex Medical! I ordered a Tens unit and assumed it was covered by my insurance since I did not receive a bill. 2 1/2 years later I get a bill. When I called them, they told me it is not their job to provide a timely bill, and I should have called them to see if I owe them any money. Thanks, Emily for the terrible customer service! Zynex contacted me while I was in physical therapy. I had met my medical insurance plan all deductibles and they still charged and tried to get money for the full amount even though information they requested as it was medically necessary for my condition and it took them six months to respond, and decided it would just be easier to bill me than to deal with the insurance company. Poor business practices!!! They do not disclose to the patient whether they are in network or not so you can choose to go to a different provider. They rely on the insurance company to tell you in your EOC. That is shady! You find out when you receive their invoice 6 months later, too late to return the product. Company representatives are very misleading and how the product is billed in some cases it is not explained that you are leasing equipment they do not invoice you properly in my case my insurance company was built for 9 months after I contacted zynex to inform I was not benefiting from the equipment at no time was I told I was leasing the equipment still under the understanding that the initial represented her gave me it was my equipment
They need to improve more on their communication. They never notify you if insurance is not covering supplies anymore, meanwhile keep on sending supplies then bill the client. Not ok!

Zynex began sending us equipment we did NOT order. We returned every package unopened, marked "return to sender". Zynex then biller our insurance for this equipment, which was returned. This is insurance fraud. Then they began sending us bills for the equipment we had never requested and had returned unopened. We we tried talking to them about these "bills", they refused to talk about them. All they have done is hire collection agencies to try to harass us into paying for equipment we do not have and never requested.

Don't use this place. They told me my insurance would not pay so I paid $295. Then they started billing my insurance once a month trying to see if they could slip it in and double dip. I called them and they said "that is industry practice" which is a lie. I told them they had been paid in full and to stop. A few months later they called trying to get more $$ out of me. Check out all the complaints from BBB on them.

This company has predatory billing practices. They will ship products before it is determined that insurance will cover any/all of the cost. The survey their rep sends you seems like a survey to determine if your insurance will cover the equipment, but it is actually an order form. Your non-returnable product will ship the next day and you will be stuck with a bill for hundreds of dollars if your insurance ends up not covering it.
