Was “assisted “ by Adam. When I asked if Medicare would pay, I was informed I would know when I got my EOB. Was I willing to pay $250.00 out of pocket and when I said no, I was told sorry you can’t help me and thank you for calling.

I was told that I would be informed if my insurance company covered this, which was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. I was never informed of this. And Zynex continued to send me supplies. After a few months of this I notified Zynex to stop sending me any supplies until they received approval from my insurance, which at the time they had not heard back from. Took nearly a year, involving our insurance carrier and the offer to have a VA lawyer contact them to have them zero out the charges for a returned product, which could not be returned because they refused for several months to either send me a return shipment label or even just an address for me to send it, resulting in a 'rental fee'. Recieved a phone call right after I registered for unit. Explained how the billing would go and said I would receive the unit in 3-5 business days
Never received statements until almost one year after receiving the device, only to be told I owed a massive amount of money. Their billing reflects $173 for electrodes — the same electrodes that my physical therapist charged me $10 for. Outrageous! Their people are very trained in how to argue that you owe the money even if you did not request the supplies and never got any statements. Very deceptive business practices.

I would not even give them 1 star! They never told me anything about me paying for a subscription when they took my name and information at the beginning of the call. They never explained anything other than “your insurance pays for all of this” I cancel the subscription I’m told they signed me up for and then they continue to call to try and get me to subscribe again
