Would never use this company again. Terrible experience, very hard to get in touch with the department they tell you that you need to speak to for returns yet they charge by the length of time you have an item even if you never take them it of the box because your insurance does not cover. Seems convenient to them that their returns department is hard to reach and you have to initiate a return by phone they don’t let you do it via chat or email.

Communication with your customers would be a good start for improvement. Then not waiting 8 months to let your customers know that the insurance is not paying!

Do not let any physical therapists or other providers talk you in to buying one of their TENS/NMES equipment and the like. They have some kind of smoke and mirrors process going with how they milk your insurance company into paying ridiculous sums of money for the device; literally ten times what you can buy it for on a site like Amazon. Update: What a joke, now someone else from Zynex has called me and they swear that my insurance company has paid them monthly which they have not. I had a one time playing with them where I bought this unit out right. That's it and thank goodness my insurance company tonight denied the second claim 6 months later that they tried to put through. Buyer beware. First of all the NexWave stimulator device doesn't even compare to the stimulators that the physical therapy places have. Secondly and most important this company is a complete rip-off and they will Bill your insurance company continuously even though you only do business with them once. They will also send you totally ridiculous amount of electrodes on a monthly basis. Buyer Beware: My doctor sent a referral to pain management to Zynex Medical for a pain management device. I received an unsolicited call from them back in November 2021 saying they had been given a prescription to help my pain and wanted to confirm the information to ship the device. I purchased and was using the Nex Wave product from Zynex. The unit itself works great. I have no problems there. It helps with the pain tremendously. I purchased in January of 2022. In March, I was wearing the unit and accidently made contact with a wall. The exterior case and plastic were not damaged at all. But the interior display cracked - and I can no longer see the display funcions. But the unit still works I just can not see what I am using / the time / the intensity or any of the other functions.
