I was worried about how it worked but the lady was very happy to help me with it. She walked me through it and it was so easy. I have had mine for several months now and they still call and check on me to make sure that everything is ok. The best!!

Helped tremendously for neck surgery.PT for 6 months and still use for minor aches couple times a week. Great product.
