Adam, the customer service representative that assisted me was polite, patient, and communicated clearly throughout my call. I missed the initial calls months ago, but Adam swiftly found the prescription, verified my benefits, and scheduled my delivery! He even set me up on auto refill for my electrodes and batters each month and it will all be billed through my insurance. Thank you for making what could have been a “painful” process so quick and easy!

From the beginning everyone I talked to was friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained to me and when I received my equipment I had no problem contacting them and ensuring I was using it properly. They are great!
