The customer service was (is) outstanding. I have received e-mails, and phone calls inquiring on how the product was working and if l had any questions. How much help the product has given me and if l take less pain meds. This product is so unbelievable, it has helped me tremendously and l take no pain pills anymore. When l have a flare up, l simply hook up the unit for approximately 40 minutes and receive relief. Thank you, and God BlessĀ
