Zynex was fine, I only had one experience with a representative who was rude and then aggressive with trying to force me to accept the product before it was cleared through work comp!

Representative was really helpful and caring however I didn’t receive email she send she would send describing unit so I can check with my insurance company to see if they would cover this equipment

Very pleasant and helpful person called to help me get the right equipment prescribed by my doctor. He seemed knowledgeable even on how the equipment worked...so he wasn't just getting my info to ship it out...I was able to find out a little more about it before receiving it.
