Uptime performance is excellent. Call performance is great. The admin portal is easy to navigate, but some key features are missing. Like website time out, mobile phone format & no admin portal app for mobile devices need to be redesigned. Overall we are happy with 8x8.

The process to getting signed up was pretty straightforward, once I connected with a sales rep from 8*8. Once I explained the requirement they came back to me with which types of licenses I needed and the cost estimates. I was in the middle of getting onboard with another provider and had a lot of trouble with the pre-requisites and after one attempt to contact 8*8 I was convinced they were the better option.

8x8 has given us great new features to increase productivity and customer satisfaction, however, we had specific needs that were disclosed during the discovery calls that were not met after the we signed the 3 year contract. 8x8 continues to work on meeting those needs but as of this writing it has been over a year without resolve. The tech support is hit or miss, because you get someone different every time you reach them. When you get the wrong person it can be time consuming to get the matter resolved. Average phone system. Pros would be the call transferring and forwarding after hours. Cons would be their backend service.
