Don’t do it The roaches were so bad that I had to break my lease. They were everywhere, kitchen, bedroom, shower, ceilings! I requested pest control weekly and it never got better. The leasing office told me to bomb my apartment myself or pay 200 extra dollars to transfer apartments. Besides that, the gate never worked the 5 months I was there. It’s a pain even trying to leave the complex. The traffic is nonstop. Walls and flooring are thin, you can hear every neighbor.

I have had... (Verified Renter) I have had a serious roach infestation since I have moved here, It took several request the get the problem resolved. The situation is 90% better since extermination, however, I still see occasional roaches. Makes me very uncomfortable.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apartment complex to my friends due to the thin walls you can hear your neighbors talk and or play music and if your in the bottom floor or second floor you can hear them walking around. and due to the large rent increase of over 200 I would definitely not recommend a friend looking to live there more than a year.

HORRIBLE PROPERTY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a first time apartment renter I regret to inform you guys that my experience has been so far the worst. At move in I was working with the leasing agent by the name of Antonio he was very polite and informative. However by the time I actually moved in I was working with Tomiya she was great! Mold mold mold mold and roaches To all that read this, I’ve been living here like a prisoner because the property manager won’t release me from my lease, they don’t care about there apartments and renters. Excessive number of... (Verified Renter) Excessive number of issues with the unit. Gaps around the exterior doors cause heat /AC loss. The carpet wasn?t even vacuumed before we moved in. We cleaned it afterwards and an excessive amount of animal hair, etc. came out. Filthy. Disgusting.
