Home away from home Friendly staff, activities for the community and spacious apartments. I have been living there for the past year and recommend it to everyone I know. New appliances and very efficient in the workorders.

Up And Coming I relocated to 1250 West from one of there sister properties in Chamblee the property is nice and clean for the most part had a few issues since I've moved in but all the issues were quickly taken care of by the office personnel. You can tell that the property use to be poorly maintained but its headed in the right direction the have great units. Good Bad & Ugly The newly renovated apartments are nice. The updates inside and outside look great. Whenever I have had an issue, everyone at the leasing office has been extremely friendly and helpful. Management also offers many community activities to help get acquainted with neighbors. On the negative side, you never know how the people around you live until you move in. 1250 West The management here is great. They are kind hearted and work to fulfill the needs of all residents. They make sure all maintenance is taken care if right away and always think of their residents first. I would recommend these apartments to anyone anytime. The community is quiet and well kept. The residents are respectful. Everyone here takes part on find what needs to be done to keep the community safe and clean.

Great Staff The staff has always been nice and cheery since the day we took a tour of the complex. I think they'd just come under new management at the time so we moved into a newly renovated apartment and everyone has done what they can to improve the premises since the new changes.

Awful This has been the worst place to live because the gate doesn’t work and never has in my year of living here, there’s abandoned cars, my “24/7” amenities can’t be accessed when the office is closed, the office decided to add a 70 dollar a month fee for community wifi that wasn’t bothered to be set up, and maintenance is handcuffed by management and without supplies. My air conditioning has not functioned correctly in 2 weeks in the middle of Georgia summers and management wanted to fix it after I moved out in september

Rent increase Beware of sudden, mandatory price hikes here. Management is forcing a $70/month Wi-Fi fee onto residents. When I noticed the charge on my ledger before the official July 3rd rollout date, I called to get clarification. Instead of helping, the leasing agent was incredibly rude, told me I "wasn't listening" because I upset .Forcing unnecessary tech fees on residents is bad enough, but treating paying tenants with utter disrespect when they ask about their own ledger is unacceptable.

RAT AND ROACH KINGDOM!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is by far one of the nastiest, most poorly managed apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. The outside of these apartments is INFESTED with giant rats that run around at night like they own the property. You constantly hear them moving through the bushes and around the buildings. Me and my girlfriend were literally chased by one coming up the stairs to our apartment at around 1–2 in the morning.
