Home away from home Friendly staff, activities for the community and spacious apartments. I have been living there for the past year and recommend it to everyone I know. New appliances and very efficient in the workorders.
Up And Coming I relocated to 1250 West from one of there sister properties in Chamblee the property is nice and clean for the most part had a few issues since I've moved in but all the issues were quickly taken care of by the office personnel. You can tell that the property use to be poorly maintained but its headed in the right direction the have great units. Good Bad & Ugly The newly renovated apartments are nice. The updates inside and outside look great. Whenever I have had an issue, everyone at the leasing office has been extremely friendly and helpful. Management also offers many community activities to help get acquainted with neighbors. On the negative side, you never know how the people around you live until you move in. 1250 West The management here is great. They are kind hearted and work to fulfill the needs of all residents. They make sure all maintenance is taken care if right away and always think of their residents first. I would recommend these apartments to anyone anytime. The community is quiet and well kept. The residents are respectful. Everyone here takes part on find what needs to be done to keep the community safe and clean.

Great Staff The staff has always been nice and cheery since the day we took a tour of the complex. I think they'd just come under new management at the time so we moved into a newly renovated apartment and everyone has done what they can to improve the premises since the new changes.
RAT AND ROACH KINGDOM!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is by far one of the nastiest, most poorly managed apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. The outside of these apartments is INFESTED with giant rats that run around at night like they own the property. You constantly hear them moving through the bushes and around the buildings. Me and my girlfriend were literally chased by one coming up the stairs to our apartment at around 1–2 in the morning. Full of cockroaches Did they enter my apartment and put all my things in the trash and change the locks while I was on vacation. Seriously? They didn't respect my privacy. This can't be possible. I'm going to take legal action because they broke my contract and the apartment is full of cockroaches and they are unable to do something about it. How is it possible that they continue to do this and no one will stop them?
MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE HORRIBLE I will not be renewing my lease here !! Maintenance is horrible. Office never answers the phone . My lock on my front door has been broken for 2-3 days and still no help ! I can’t even live securely in my own house . This is ridiculous. My first apartment and not so good of an experience here .
