1250 is a... (Verified Renter) 1250 is a wonderful community. Management is the best. The only somewhat tedious problem that sometimes occurred was the giant trash compactor breakdown. But it was also quickly fixed.

Toya was very... (Verified Renter) Toya was very professional and had great customer service although We didn't have an appointment. She made sure we had all our questions answered before we left. I would recommend this apartment because the customer service is excellent and the apartments look nice.

The apartments themselves... (Verified Renter) The apartments themselves are very nice for the price. For $30 more a month, we're in a much bigger apartment with much nicer materials (wood floors and granite counters). This is easily the best apartment for the price in this area. The lake view is a great plus.

I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this place and feel relatively safe but It seems more benefits that motivated me to move here have slowly been taken away while increasingly being asked to pay more money in rent. Trash disposal situation is backed up more and more, pest control used to be a standard service every year but pests are a constant nuisance and not confident it will be addressed in a timely fashion.
