I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because I love the space and the quietness of the communities and the amenities. One problem is the vacuum at the car wash does not have enough suction. I am not sure if the car wash works because I never see anyone washing. The garbage area has trash all aRound it too much.
I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the community and have for awhile but don't like some of the type of the behavior exhibited by some of my new neighbors- very noisy at times, loud arguments spilling into the outside breezeway.
Nice apartment with... (Verified Renter) Nice apartment with updated and upgraded features. Clean when I moved in. Maintenance always attended to my needs. Wonderful view from my apartment. However, the actual construction of the building left something to be desired. It was very poorly insulated and constantly drafty - windows and doors need to be re-sealed.

The only thing... (Verified Renter) The only thing I don't like is that the washer/dryer aren't already part of the apartment. Although there are connections, I don't have the applicances. Kind of invonvenient.
I'm choosing to... (Verified Renter) I'm choosing to live there and the leasing agents were wonderful - I worked with both Joey and Antonio and they both exceeded my expectations. I met with roughly 10 agents from different locations in about 2 days. Joey and Antonio were the most helpful and most kind, looking out for the best they could do for me.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the 2 bedroom apartments! They are absolutely beautiful! The 1 bedrooms not so much. Once they get the maintenance personnel better staffed, they would be perfect.
recommended l love 1250 West, the individual attention they give to my concerns, they respond quickly to service orders. Everyone is so friendly when go to the office. I have lived here going on five years and have seen so many positive changes. I would definitely recommend my community to friends and family.
