I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the community, but I had issues with neighbors above me being unsanitary with their pets; everything rained down on me from their balconies. I asked to move to a new unit, and was unhappy that I has to pay a transfer fees due to the situation.
I hate this place. Car break-ins, a roving gang of unsupervised children, and the WORST management. The company that took over about a year ago does not care one bit about their tenants (not that Cortland was much better), and it shows. The ceiling of our balcony (we live on the top floor) just fell one morning. Maintenance re-attached the swollen, water-logged, moldy board back on with some screws, only to have it fall again, breaking parts of the wooden deck and destroying all my plants. If the location... (Verified Renter) If the location fits their needs, I would recommend living here. If not, I wouldn't encourage anyone to go out of their way to move here. The value didn't justify the cost combined with the traffic and location issues.
Awesome place to live a little expensive I have been living here since Dec 31st. First off upon move in it was the best experience I have had with an apartment complex. My apartment was clean, everything worked. The leasing office staff in general are very good and fixing things and doing it in an efficient time. If something isn't fixed the first go around they will come back and redo it (this has only happened to me once). The fitness center is always clean and is opened 24/7. Great community , high renewal rates When I first moved to The 1250 West It was May of 2014 and I had just got out of the army. I was in love with this place , hardwood floors, fitness center that's now 24hours, not too far from the city, very quite and my rent was at a very reasonable price on top of the move in special at the time. This past may , I renewed my lease for 5 more months because I wanted to really weigh out if I wanted to move or not but doing a 5 month renewal put my rent from being in the 700s to close to th... read more
