My brother-in-law stayed in the center for 2 weeks. (October 2025) Overall impression of the center is good and positive. Staffs are professional and helpful. Nurses, CNA, Therapist are great. A special thanks to Case Manager, Bianca Hernandez. We had so many questions for her. She is very helpful, quick response to our questions.

This facility has very attentive staff. They care very much for their patients, and the staff all seem to like their jobs. It was very easy to communicate with them about my husband, who has been there a week. For awhile, I had a problem leaving a message, as the VM box was full, but Elena solved that problem, so she gets five stars! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs rehab.

My mom stayed in this facility for 2 weeks! the staff are very kind and friendly. they took care of my mom very well. Ms. Elena & Iliana in activity room are so kind and knowledgeable. Ms. Iliana gave my sister several times ride to care center and brought her home. she is amazing woman! my mom nurse, " Mr. Daris Duong, was so kind and patient too. I really appreciate their help!

This is a great facility, the standard of nursing and doctor care was outstanding. Admin on the ball. They liaised directly with my provider so everyone was on the same page. The food was good and both the PT and OT excellent. What I really liked was that the nurses and aids really got to know you - remembered your favorite beverages. The activities were varied and fun, I have been in other facilities that I would not recommend . If you have to be in a care facility then this is the one.
