My daughter was here a few weeks ago and I want to appreciate the care team from the nurses to the CNAs . I thought everyone did a good job with helping my daughter because she couldn't move and was in a car accident. I would like you to especially appreciate the nurse I think her real name I s Adseze but I heard people call her daizy. As you can see from my rating, I was not very impressed. However, that doesn't mean that everything was bad. Generally, the staff was good. Bella and Lupe (CNAs) were particularly helpful and friendly. They both went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience possible. Natalie (PT) was outstanding for her ability to listen carefully to me and provide personalized care.

There is a CNA here at White Blossom that goes above and beyond Taking care of patients, he does with no other one home, and I am so glad that he is here with his compassion for all patients - love him to pieces his name is Nehemiah I was here in 2021 and he helped me tremendously and I am here again in 2023 and he has the same report as we are which is excellent. Thank you always for immediate and attentiveness with your patients keep up the good work!!!

This is our family's first experience with a skilled nursing facility. It makes a huge difference with the staff you encounter because this is a hard road to go down when you don't know what to expect. Of course this facility is not perfect, but when you have questions or concerns they are addressed. My grandma lights up when her favorite CNA Issac comes in the room. My wife was a patient here and the first day was a little rocky to say the least, however the following day we had a nurse by the name Maggie and I can't believe how impressive she was. She took so much pride in her job and her bed side manner was above and beyond. The days when she wasn't there as her nurse seemed to be the longest but as soon as my wife saw her walk through that door she knew her needs would all be taken care of. White Blossom is a amazing and wonderful place, my God-Grandmother have been careful here on multiple occasions, they have done everything to get her back to 100% every time she comes. The staff is absolutely wonderful, much LOVE to CNA Sonia and Maria from activities thank you for keeping her healthy and active my love and gratitude goes to the entire staff.

My Aunt stayed here on two separate occasions. The employees are very polite and attentive. My Aunt was NOT a kind or gracious person, so I know these folks must have patience beyond measure to aid her. The facility is clean and tidy and always welcoming. Granted, with COVID measures in place, they are taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all residents while not being overboard and cumbersome. I highly recommend this care facility for anyone who needs care.
