My father was hospitalized due to pneumonia and an exasperated heart. He was discharged to White Blossom before transitioning back home. Jonna, from White Blossom reached out to us to make an introduction. Her tone warm and sincere. I wanted my father to feel safe, and cared for as he was disappointed that he couldn't come home from the hospital. After reading the posted reviews here as a whole, I would have to disagree for the most part of the 6 years my Mother was in their care until 3 days before she died of natural causes, peacefully and without pain in the hospital the complete staff took excellent care of her. While not perfect, White Blossom Care Center is an overall good skilled nursing facility. I've had experience with or visited other SNFs, and White Blossom is superior. 5-stars: (1) Brady O'Shea, the center's director, is very patient-focused. He's professional, responsive, and efficient, e.g., responds to emails promptly (like within an hour!). And he delivers on commitments. White Blossom Care Center stands by their motto, "to help and save lives". The other day our family experienced the care that this center provides when they found our cat, Toro. Toro went missing one day after his usual breakfast routine. After a full day of not coming back home from his usual stroll, we started posting flyers and web alerts, including White Blossom. We looked into White Blossom for a family member and were amazed by service we received from Destiny and the whole admissions team! It is easy to see they truly care about their patients and patients family members during the stressful time of rehab. Would definitely recommend White Blossom to anyone!

I stayed at White Blossom Care Center for physical therapy following a broken hip. The staff have a very challenging job of caring for sick or injured people who are not always easy to deal with. In my own experience, the staff were were friendly and helpful. The physical and occupational therapy helped me get better faster at White Blossom than if I was to have stayed at the hospital. PS: After my injury I stayed in three different hospitals. White Blossom has by far the best food.

My spouse was in White Blossom Care Center for a month and one half. We received excellent care from the CNAs(particularly Suzanne). They would go out of their way to help us and serve us. I was always able to contact my spouse even after hours through their phone service. The nurses particularly Araceli worked so well with us and our Primary Care Doctor. Excellent Rehab for Physical Therapy. Very attentive medical, nursing and CNA staff. Also excellent delicious and caring food service. Five Stars. Recommend Highly.

I really cannot be thankful enough about this rehab center. My mother has been here at least three times. She broke her femur twice and this time, recovering from UTI that totally weakened her muscle. Getting her PT and OT here. The nurses have always been very kind and the PT and OT professionals have always been wonderful. The place is kept clean and the food - they are not gourmet but balanced meal and you should not expect fancy stuff right? My mother seems very content with the meal.
