My wife came here from Kaiser after a second minor stroke. I think that because it was Kaiser, she was put in a 3-bed room instead of a double. I wasn't real happy about that but she quickly made friends with the other women. The facility is single story, looks good inside and out (not like a hotel, as someone else's review claimed: for that, I would recommend Mission Oaks in Los Gatos, which is above 5 star in quality), and does not smell. They were very caring and helpful for my friend who was there for rehab after surgery. There was some miscommunication. For the type of facility it is, it was very good.

I am being discharged in 2 days after my 2 week stay at White Blossom and I, like everyone else, cannot say enough good things about the people!!! The staff is FANTASTIC and the most caring people I have ever meet. They care about each of their patients and care for your individual needs The OT and PT staff make sure each and every patient is given the right type of therapy they need. I was scared when my doctor told me I would need to go to a skilled nursing facility but the staff at White Blossom made my fears go away t... read more

I just returned home from a 3 week stay at White Blossom and I cannot say enough good thing about the people there!!! The staff is FANTASTIC and the most caring people I have ever meet. They care about each of their patients and care for your individual needs The OT and PT staff make sure each and every patient is given the right type of therapy they need. All I can say is that the staff are really great and they do accommodate each of their patients really well. All smiles for this facility, you can always ask someone if you need help.

My father is staying here until he gets better. I can say the staff is nice (during the day). Place is clean and they are attentive to my pops. They give him activities to do whenever im not around. However, some staff members in the evening don't really lift a finger to help ( the night shift) . My 4 stars goes to the day shift.

This facility was excellent. My husband was always clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and kind. I greatly recommend this Care Center.

We had my father stay at White Blossom after a bout of pneumonia in which he discharged from the hospital and needed to go to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. We chose White Blossom for several reasons, one of which was its location. Nursing facilities can vary a great deal and in many ways. This was not my first experience having my parents stay in nursing homes and I have visited several others in my searches for suitable facilities. Overall, we were pleased with White Blossom. First of all I would like to say, this place is great! My grandmother was here a little over a month, witch we never wanted to put her in a home like this but I would totally recommend this place to any one. We had a family member there around the clock and can see how great and fast they were, when we need help! Glad we found this place, and now she home and doing great because of White blossom help!
