As a first-time home buyer, I felt very comfortable and at ease with 1Rate, Inc as my lender. I was able to have all of my questions answered in a timely manner, no matter how "beginner" they may have been; I never felt uncomfortable in reaching out. The rate that I got on my loan was also very competitive and the overall process was very easy with gathering my own personal documents being the most timely portion, but that is likely the same with all lenders. I would definitely recommend their services.

I diligently researched for the best rate and terms in order to refinance our home and pay off a HELOC I used to purchase a rental property with. Chris made the process super easy: communication was excellent, the process was transparent, and almost all of it was done online (except for closing). Closing was a breeze - since you are able to review and sign documents beforehand, no more sitting at a table for an hour going through 100 pages of documents. You are in and out in 15 minutes.

While i didn't have any problems with Seung Lee the company's policies need to be reviewed. My rate lock expired and was given a chance to extend. A few weeks went by and without proper documentation sent to me they canceled the loan process and kept my appraisal fee.
