Roya was such a great partner in finding the best rates, closing on the loans, and closing on the property. She always responded to emails within a half an hour, even after typical work hours! Finally she went above and beyond by helping adjust on some final late changes. Extremely flexible, helpful, and a joy to work with!

I had what can only be described as a wonderful experience dealing with 1 Rate for my refinance. The loan officer I worked with was incredibly tentative to my questions and concerns through out the entire process. If I needed to get in contact with them I could easily choose from making a phone call, text, or email, and a response was given within a reasonable amount of time. Edward and his team closed in 10 days to save the deal. My wife had issues with some immigration paperwork so we were on the verge of losing our earnest money and the house since we had no contingencies on the purchase. Edward worked diligently to make sure that didn't happen. He provided daily updates to ease our anxiety. I would also be copied on emails he sent very early in the morning or super late at night about the loan. No other lender would have continued with my loan or been able to close on time. How many positive adjectives can one use to describe our experience? We worked with Mike Shim to purchase a vacation home. If we had any questions along the way, he was there to help.
